If you mean the news feed on the home page, then click the 'gear' icon at the top right for Page Settings. Then click Custom and in Content at the bottom select 'Content off'.

That does work, but wont stop it from appearing if you scroll down the page.
I think Bing's politics is horrible, the news feeds are extremely biased against Republicans and is critical in the extreme.
They are obviously supporting all the progressive socialist rags and websites. Very divisive.
Is there anyway to completely block it?

You can't really get rid of it. It's an internal page, of sorts, that's locked to the New Tab Page protocol.

I get nothing, I cannot scroll down because there's no scroll bar. It has to be 'Content off', any of the other options will still have a scroll bar.

Scroll down with the center mouse wheel, it shows up then.

Ok, I see what your saying, I still have a scroll bar even though I turned show news and interests off on the home page

I just tried the reg method from win10 forums, and it still shows the web news content on bing.com

maybe bing.com does not have an option to not show news web content, maybe other people who can remove web content are not using bing.com as the home page?

I think this is a web page issue for me, not a browser issue.

Probably. My Edge is set up to open at the NewTab page, and it is that page that I'm customising to remove the news feed. Also, I note that you are signed in to Edge, while I am not.

That all depends what your new tab page does.
For me, it opens bing.com
And news content is always there, if I scroll down

You will need to turn content on first. Select headings only then personalise - notification then turn off the switches shown. Go back to home page and turn content off again.

As for the scroll bar it shows up for me if the window isn't full size and the bottom of the window isn't touching the task bar.

So I bet if you set yours to bing.com, it will show progressive liberal opinionated biased news and information, regardless

If you can just open bing.com right now, and get rid of their news feed choices, then I am listening.

But your not actually at Bing.com right.
One reason I use bing.com on the new page is I do the earn Microsoft rewards points thing and it is convenient as it directly shows my available points.
The points turn into free gift cards, so it makes my web searches profitable. I had 36000 points or thereabouts, and that gave me $20 in gift cards for Amazon. Wife been doing that for a long time and convinced me to switch to bing as you know, your going to be using the web anyway, might as well get an economic payback for doing nothing extra.

You can customize what Edge opens with..., you can customize what the Home button navigates to...,
but, you CAN'T customize where the New Tab Page goes!

You don't need Bing as a new page. If you search using the search box on the New Tab Page it will result in Bing search and will top up your points accordingly.
