My kids loved it, and they dont typically enjoy mexican foo.

it's a great, easy toss in the oven, dinner. gotta do the black beans on the side though. add salt and pepper here and there

As a white father who cooks for my Hispanic family, I tend to spice it up a bit with chilis, cumin, ancho chili powder, and so on..

Perfect! I used Parsley instead of cilantro

turned out great except for the rice still alil tough wanted it to be more softer

It was a good and simple recipe. I added about 1.5 tsp of cumin and a tsp of garlic powder to the chicken mix.

Instead of Mexican cheese use Asiago cheese block and shred with homemade red enchilada sauce, this one's good

my family liked it. it was tasty. super easy snd fast to put together . but i think i like my original white sauce better.

good to prep, put it in the refrigerator and cook later. I lile to add a lottle more sauce. Overall super easy and great tasting.

yummy! for a few of them I didn't top it with enchilada sauce because my family is a bit sensitive with spice! 😂 but i love it

i like this recipe because it tastes great , is easy to make , and you can customize the ingredients if you want to .

Made it, ate it, & not much to clean up! Easy, quick, & pretty tasty! Not sure why one reviewer reported bland? Had to be in their choice of sauce! My dear wife insisted on refried beans being added so I did, & have to say it was great!
